Common symptoms that may indicate your dog has Separation Anxiety
Chewing, digging and destroying items when home alone
Persistently barking or howling when left alone
Frequently coming home to find your dog has urinated or defecated while you were gone
Trying to destroy doors or escape when you're out
Pacing, trembling or whining when left alone
Inability of dog to settle when you're gone
These are some of the symptoms exhibited in dogs with separation anxiety. There could be other factors causing these issues when your dog is alone, that do not necessarily mean your dog has separation anxiety.
In order to determine if your dog is suffering from separation anxiety or if another factor may be causing these problems with your dog, an Initial Assessment would need to take place to determine the best course of action and training program for you and your dog.
Your three step approach to end your dog's stress and suffering with our dog separation anxiety training program.
Step 1 - Get in Touch and Complete our Intake Forms
Get in Touch through our Contact Form below. We will answer any questions you have and provide you with an Intake Form to complete. We'll then determine a convenient time to schedule your Initial Assessment with you and your dog.
Step 2 - Schedule and Complete an Initial Assessment
Once scheduled, we'll make sure you have the necessary technology set-up for a successful Initial Assessment session. The Initial Assessment will take place using Zoom video conferencing software and typically lasts 60-90 minutes.
Step 3 - Choose Your Training Program and Get Started
If your dog is diagnosed with separation anxiety after the Initial Assessment, we will discuss your training and support options with you, so you can make the best choice for your family and your dog.

"Using Zoom technology, Rocco provided clear directions and guided me through the exact steps I needed to take when leaving and entering my apartment to provide the most reassurance to my dog. Between sessions, I completed exercises on my own and recorded data that Rocco provided and reviewed, and he was always available to answer questions and provide feedback. I can't recommend Rocco highly enough!"
“Rocco helped me with the technology setup prior to the first session. During the training, he was always there to answer any questions I had as well as help me cope with the stressful situation of owning a dog with separation anxiety. I highly recommend his separation anxiety training program"
